The Design Process
Step 1 - Design Choice
The first step in the process is deciding if you’re getting a stand alone patch, or getting a garment embroidered.

Some apparel has size and design placement restrictions if you’re embroidering directly on the garment.
If you do not already garments we work with 2 cost effective sites.

Step 2 - Digital Finalization
While we wait for your garments to come in (if applicable) we digitize your custom design to work with our machine.
Once completed we send you the design for approval and tweaks.
It is at this stage where any last minute changes can be made, colours adjusted, elements added or removed etc.
Once we’ve received your A'-Okay we get the design out to the machines and begin the process of turning a digital design into a tangible project.
Depending on how complex the design is and/or how many items we have to do this can take anywhere from 1-3 days.
Step 3 - Photos + Mail
Your design is complete and your items look amazing, WOO!
This is the most exciting phase for you and us! Seeing it all come together and ready to go just fills our hearts and makes the process worth every second.
Now that your order is ready we’ll take some photos for our gallery (with permission), and of course send you a couple too.
After that your order is packed up with love and sent out to you to enjoy.
Please note we usually wait 24 hours before shipping to give you a chance to review the photos and let us know if you have any concerns.
